(It is kind of weird that in 12, there is no checkbox in front of Show Special Lines to let you know that it is enabled.) The result is captured just fine by the 3D Document. First need to change the elevation view to Wireframe, then switch the Discipline set to "Coordination" or "Architectural", use the " Show Hidden Lines" tool ( it won't shown on structural). After that, change the view back to Hidden Line, switch the Discipline set to "Structural". Done.
